    I was really wanting something nice to eat, a little treat, but was also trying my best to eat healthily so I decided to try making some ice cream in my Vitamix.

    Looking in the freezer I found some frozen mango and a few frozen strawberries. I used a cup of skimmed milk, 2 cups of frozen fruit and 1/8 cup of stevia based sweetener with just a drop of vanilla extract. It all went in the Vitamix blender. Using the tamper to push down the fruit it took only around 30 seconds to produce 2 large servings of delicious ice cream.

    A healthy, delicious and speedy treat. I’m so glad I invested in that Vitamix blender!
